An advanced system for the reduction of impurities both in the water and in the air, which makes Tornado the ideal washing machine for special applications like:

Iperclean Water
The water circuit is composed of :

• Three independent washing areas (plus optional prewashing), each with its own tank, pump and filters
• a rinsing section fed by a double stage demineralization system with active carbon filters, to guarantee a purity of the water < 0,5 µS

Iperclean Air

The importance of the air quality is often underestimated. A low quality of the drying air could anyway compromise  the results with the previous washing, by depositing impure air particles on the glass that has just been cleaned.

Thanks to Iperclean, the drying section is equipped with a multi-stage filtering system which limits the introduction of dust particles which are blown on the glass during the drying phase, making the air thus compatible with the requirements for clean room ISO Class 4.
