Tornado IC is a horizontal washing machine designed to meet the most extreme requirements in terms of glass cleaning.

It was developed for the semiconductor industry, for the cleaning of substrates prior to the deposit of TCO at an intermediate stage of production of solar panels and in all situations where a decontamination level compatible with ISO Class 4 clean room is needed.

From a mechanical standpoint, the machine features a flawless stainless steel finish of the main body, the mechanical parts and casings, both in the washing and drying sections, thus making it suitable for an intensive use in 3 shifts production systems.

Available in sizes  from 1300 to 2000 mm.

Tornado IC is equipped with:

• Preliminary washing circuit set up for use with alkaline detergents and fitted with an automatic dosage control system to regulate concentration
• Intermediate section for decontamination of the detergent, in order to reduce the transfer of detergent residue from the washing section to the rinsing section with ultrapure water.
• Independent washing and rinsing circuits, with processing temperature up to 70° C
• Sensors and warning system for the control of air and water filters
• Water conductivity control and management system in the rinsing section designed to maintain suitable water quality parameters and to reduce consumption.
• Designed for the reduction of steam emissions in the workplace
• Level of decontamination and sheet cleaning with less than 1 micron particles and surface tension > 60 mN/m
